Join Jenny for this indepth Scaravelli Yoga workshop on breathing. Learn how to breathe fully to free up the lower back, upper back & sides of ribs as well as abdominal breathing Learn pranayama practices in tandem with in 6 key asana postures.
Suitable for those nursing a sports injury as well as the physically able with an interest in yoga or experienced yoga students.

This workshop is one of 5 Scaravelli Yoga evening workshops that Jenny is leading at the Glasgow Theosophical Society.
