Learn how to make subtle shifts in foot or hand support to experience spirals of support releasing trapped energy in the joints. Learn how to use the toes and weight distribution in the feet to accurately to open and lengthen into joints and neck. Jenny will also guide you in a deeper understanding of how to more effectively breathe to facilitate space in the joints.
